GoVancore is a modular business operating system provided as software-as-a-service. Each organisation receives an isolated workspace identified by its own entity licence. Modules and seat limits are set by your subscription.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Administrators may add, suspend or remove users at any time.

Fees are billed in advance for the agreed term and are non-refundable except where required by law. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended after written notice.

You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its isolation or security, reverse engineer it, resell access without agreement, or upload content you have no right to process.

You retain all rights to the data in your workspace. We process it only to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time while the subscription is active.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Support is provided by email during business hours.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate at the end of the current term with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
